Warranty | Zoodico Traffic Solutions

Coverage Duration:
- One (1) year for the battery
- Two (2) years for light bars, solar panels, control boxes, and the system

Coverage Details:

During the warranty period, in the event of any quality issues leading to improper functioning, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts free of charge.
The customer will be responsible for shipping charges and destination duties.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not extend to any parts not supplied by the manufacturer, nor does it cover damages caused by such non-manufacturer parts.
The warranty does not apply to parts that have been repaired or altered by parties other than the manufacturer, in a manner that, in the manufacturer's judgment, adversely affects their performance.
Additionally, the warranty will not cover parts that have been subjected to abnormal use or service, negligence, accidents, improper installation, care, or storage.
The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any expenses related to parts or labor that are unrelated to defects in material or workmanship of the manufacturer Products, including, but not limited to, acts of God (Force majeure).

Limitation of Liability:

These warranties stated above are exclusive and replace all other express and implied warranties.
The manufacturer's liability is expressly limited to the repair and replacement of defective parts as provided herein.
The manufacturer and Zoodico Traffic Solutions shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages whatsoever, whether for breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or other tort, or on any strict liability theory.
