3. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to the following parties:

Manufacturers and suppliers. We may share product specifications, drawings, artwork, sign legends, branding, and necessary order information with manufacturers and suppliers for custom, OEM, private-label, or standard production. We seek to avoid sharing unrelated customer information.

Freight and customs service providers. We may share consignee details, contact names, delivery addresses, telephone numbers, receiving hours or restrictions, and product, quantity, value, and customs information with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, ports, warehouses, couriers, and trucking companies.

Business and professional service providers. We may share information with website hosts, IT and security providers, email and communications services, payment processors, banks, accountants, insurers, attorneys, data-storage providers, backup services, analytics providers, and marketing platforms that support our operations.

Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, customs or tax authorities, law enforcement, or regulators; to enforce agreements or policies; to address fraud or security concerns; to protect rights, property, or safety; or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

4. International Orders and Cross-Border Transfers

Some products may be manufactured in China or another country and shipped directly to customers in the United States. To manufacture and deliver an order, we may transfer necessary product, order, consignee, and delivery information to manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and other service providers located outside the United States. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We seek to limit cross-border disclosures to information reasonably needed for production, quality control, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery. If your drawings, logos, private-label materials, or project information are confidential, please identify them as confidential when submitting them to us.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality, maintain shopping-cart or preference settings, understand site usage, troubleshoot problems, and help protect the website. You may adjust your browser settings to limit or block cookies, but some features may not function properly. Third-party hosting, analytics, payment, or embedded-content providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

6. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe through the link in the message or by contacting us at ellay@zoodicotraffic.com. We will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send non-promotional messages concerning quotations, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or other business transactions.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfilling contracts, supporting products and warranties, maintaining accounting, tax, customs, and shipping records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with law. Retention periods vary by record type and business need. We may retain certain records even after a deletion request when continued retention is legally permitted or required.

8. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size of our business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information by ordinary email.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, to opt out of marketing, or to ask how we use or disclose information. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before responding. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information is needed to complete an order, perform a contract, provide warranty support, maintain tax or customs records, establish or defend legal claims, protect security, or satisfy another legal obligation.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or communications may link to third-party websites, platforms, payment services, maps, videos, or other services. Zoodico does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of those third parties. Please review their policies before providing information.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are intended for businesses, government agencies, contractors, and other professional customers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
